Are you qualified and regulated?

Yes. Our principal is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and the practice operates under ACCA's professional and ethical standards. We carry professional indemnity insurance and are registered for anti-money-laundering supervision.

Do you work with clients outside Coventry?

Absolutely. We are based in Coventry but work with clients across the UK. Everything can be handled securely online, with calls and video meetings whenever you prefer to talk things through.

How much will it cost?

Most clients are on a fixed monthly fee agreed in advance, so there are never surprise bills. The price depends on the services you need and the size of your business. We will always give you a clear quote before any work begins.

Which accounting software do you support?

We are certified advisers for Xero and QuickBooks and also work with FreeAgent and Sage. If you are not yet using cloud software, we will help you choose and move across at no extra cost as part of onboarding.

How do I switch from my current accountant?

It is simpler than most people expect. You let your current accountant know, and we handle the professional clearance and transfer of records for you. We can usually have you fully onboarded within a week or two.

Can you help with a late or overdue tax return?

Yes, and the sooner the better. We regularly help people who have fallen behind get back on track, deal with HMRC on your behalf and work to minimise penalties. There is no judgement here, only a way forward.
